I have only one thing to mention. Mealzo gives vouchers out but I have not been able to use them.

Disgusting!! Whole thing went into bin! We ordered nachos freezing cold.. lumpy horrible cheese.. actually made us feel physically sick!

Our meals took 2hrs 30 minutes to come not ideal for a family at all and very rude in phone

Should be an option for the salt you use on the chips, seemed overpowering. The hotshot Parmo was amazing and the garlic sauce was on point!!

Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for our food to arrive, for it to turn up cold. One piece of chicken was missing from our ultra box too. This was the 2nd time of having problems with Chick Pizz, the last time we ordered for collection my husband waited in the shop for 15 minutes after receiving notification the order was ready, and they forgot the chips that time. Definitely will not be returning or recommending.

Was ready on time .. food was good quality Would have preferred kids meal pizza to be an option as child likes peperoni so needed to order an adult one (admittedly I ended up getting the mega box he had the pizza and I had the rest ) we were both full

Ordered at 18.10. Said pick up was 18.30. Still standing there at 18.55 while they run round like headless chickens. Had to be asked 3 times “what’s your order again”
